Rudy is the principal attorney in the firm after the retirement of name attorney David E. Thomas at the end of 2018. Rudy has been practicing since 1980, focusing on real estate, wills, trusts and probate and business litigation. He is also an avid fly-fisherman and bridge player. Rudy holds an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating available both from his peer attorneys and from the judiciary.
After practicing with the firm on a full-time basis since 1992, RIck became Of Counsel to the firm in 2022. He remains a member of the firm and has close and personal ties in his Of Counsel role, also establishing an independent practice under the name Cinclair Law, PLLC. His practice areas are real estate, corporate, probate and estate planning. He enjoys Plano Wildcats basketball and all UT sports. Rick also holds an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell and was named a Texas rising star by Super Lawyers in 2004-2005.
